Friday Lart – Gnome Sick

Fridays, we open the Larchives, Lar’s extensive archive of art work oddities, and share a few pieces.

Every so often, Lar loses his mind. That’s the only explanation for why he spent a week churning out a dozen original cartoons featuring gnomes. Gnome puns. Gnome pop culture mash-ups. And, as specifically requested Sohmer “to help his motivation during a day full of meetings,” a sexy gnome.

Star Gnomes

Lar’s gnomesession started simply enough: Some Star Trek and Star Wars characters as gnomes, with a little Firefly thrown in:

Then we got a few gnomes as super heroes.

Lar followed that up with some art after my own heart, gnome puns: Gnome Alone and Thundergnome.

Sexy and Sweet

Then -and I repeat, this was Sohmer’s specific request- Lar illustrated a sexy gnome.

I don’t know about you, but (unlike Sohmer) I prefer Lar’s wholesome gnome selfie.
