INSIDE – KITCHEN. MOM and DAD are having breakfast, when RAYNE walks by, holding a yellow plastic baseball bat. RAYNE’s eyes are narrowed.

DAD is curious.

The birds.
DAD inquires-

RAYNE

All the birds.
As RAYNE leaves, MOM glares at DAD.
MOM
Are you going to stop this?
DAD

MOM shrugs, and they both get up to follow where RAYNE left.
