RAYNE walks into the house, and MOM and DAD immediately see him. MOM Rayne! DAD What happened? As they rush to RAYNE, RAYNE responds. RAYNE There was a big kid picking on some of the kindergarteners. DAD asks, RAYNE shrugs again, obviously. DAD What did you do? RAYNE I stood up. MOM is getting RAYNE ice, but DAD is still curious. DAD Why? RAYNE Because staying silent is just as bad as bullying. DAD and MOM share a proud look. DAD speaks, as RAYNE glares at them. DAD We're not so bad at this parenting thing. RAYNE Are you seriously making this about you? RAYNE I'm a hero.
