RAYNE and NANCY are walking the cubicles on the 3rd floor, they notice a large amount of children, between the ages of 3 months and 4 years, all around the place with their parents. Some are sleeping in strollers, others are playing on the floor of cubicles. The parents are sometimes fathers or mothers. PANEL 2 IDS -3rd FLOOR. They see more kids. Everyone is working, but there are kids everywhere. PANEL 3 IDS -3rd FLOOR. RAYNE stops, looking at th scene again. PANEL 4 IDS -3rd FLOOR. RAYNE keeps looking, but speaks to NANCY, who is equally confused. URCHIN walks over, holding a baby, rocking it to sleep. RAYNE Yeah.
