SMURF But I'm a smurf! RAYNE Sorry. I don't see colour. NEXT ROW GAS STATION. RAYNE is in the front seat of DAD's car, with the window open, while DAD is filling the gas tank. RAYNE 1.30 a gallon. RAYNE Wow. DAD doesn't look happy. RAYNE Gas is expensive. DAD Yes. RAYNE looks thoughtful. RAYNE Just think though, what would happen if it tripled in price over the next 15 years? RAYNE laughs. RAYNE I'm kidding. RAYNE That'll never happen. RAYNE looks pretty sure of himself while DAD is still filling the tank. RAYNE In 15 years, I'm sure by then our dependence on oil will be negligible thanks to the advances in alternative energy sources. DAD How is this still not full?
