What's wrong?
RAYNE
I can't sleep.
RAYNE
I'm having bad thoughts and I can't stop.
DAD lies down in bed next to RAYNE.
DAD
What are you thinking about?
RAYNE
I don't want to tell you.
DAD hugs him, RAYNE begrudgingly answers.
DAD
You'll feel better if you tell me.
RAYNE
I'm thinking about me dying.
Awkward silence-
DAD, eyes wide, follows up, RAYNE answers.
DAD
Really?
RAYNE
Nope, had too much sugar today.
DAD lies his head back down and sighs, wide awake now. RAYNE sits up, offering a suggestion.
DAD
I can't sleep.
RAYNE
