I’m Doing Sport

We’re way past due on this one, folks, but I’m pleased to announce that LICD Beginnings Volume 6: I’m Doing Sport is on its way to our North American Shores.

This book differs from others in the past, as it has a whopping 120 pages, as compared to the 60 pages in Book 5, and the 30 pages in Books 1-4.

All that to say, I’m Doing Sport is available for pre-order right this very now, and will be shipping out in the 2nd week of May.

Order me!

As always, thank you for your continued support!

Cheap Shirts

I shite you not, I just spent 10 minutes trying to come up with a clever title for this post and the above is the best I could do. Not my finest, no sir.

As the incredibly hilarious title implies, the boys and girls who work here behind the scenes have setup a new discount tees section of the BFE shop. As that might imply, they are shirts, sold at or below cost, and there’s some fun promo in it too.

Check it out and see if there’s something that strikes your fancy, hmm?

13 minutes later, and ‘Cheap Shirts’ is still the best I got. I’m calling it.

Comments, Comments…COMMENTS.

A quick aside, for anyone else living in the province of Quebec, do society a favor and get your ass out today and vote. And maybe, just maybe, we can get rid of a political party that governs with intolerance, hatred and ignorance.

But I digress.

The big thing I wanted to talk about today was the fact that after many years, we’ve finally opened up a comments section on the individual comic strip pages. We did it with LFG a few months ago as an experiment, and it’s been great.

A few things to note:

  • These comments are NOT moderated.
  • The only time a comment won’t go live immediately, is if you have not added an e-mail address to your Disqus account.
  • If, by my sole discretion, I find the comments turning into a hostile environment, I’ll shut them down.

So be good, play nice and get involved.
